About me
I have worked in the mechanical and graphics industries for over 30 years.
I am a mechanical engineer and I can be your technical manager for machines manufactured in Brazil and abroad. I carry out analyzes for adaptation projects and approve machines, in accordance with current regulations, for sale in Brazil. 
I create and implement procedures and processes with the objective of reaching 75% OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) - a metric used internationally in the industry to measure the efficiency and productivity of a machine or production line. I create processes, procedures and training that seek to achieve 100% quality, scrap below 2%, 0% rework and 100% safety.
I plan, execute and manage the production and maintenance processes, with data collection and specific and collective actions.
And
I adapt, train, implement and audit  NR-12 , 5S (Japanese methodology of organization and continuous improvement), ISO 9001 (international quality management standard), ISO 14000 (international standards that establish guidelines for environmental management in organizations), FSC (environment, social and economic standards for certification of forest products), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points - quality control system used in the food industry to ensure food safety), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices - establishes established guidelines and standards to ensure quality and safety in the production of medicines, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics and medical devices).
Training managers and supervisors in leadership techniques.
And
I create procedures and processes, train and manage preventive maintenance in accordance with the philosophy of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) I plan, execute and manage the production and maintenance processes, with data collection and specific and collective actions. I study, coordinate and execute projects to expand production capacity by increasing the efficiency of employees and machines.
I have experience in machine installation, renovations, layout changes and infrastructure expansion works.
I perform retrofit of parts and equipment, aiming at technological improvement or reduction of acquisition cost.
